Strategic Analysis for Live Nation
Every great company has a story, and in this project, I stepped into the role of the narrator.
Part 1: I began by unpacking Live Nation’s mission, values, and origins — tracing how a company built on live experiences became the world’s leading force in entertainment. Understanding their “why” gave me the foundation to analyze their “what next.”
Part 2: Then I moved deeper, examining the industry landscape, shifting fan behaviors, and regulatory changes shaping live events today. Using this evidence, I crafted three strategic recommendations designed to strengthen Live Nation’s future:
• Increase transparency to rebuild fan trust
• Elevate digital innovation to enhance the fan journey
• Expand global partnerships to unlock new audience markets
This analysis wasn’t just an assignment — it was a chance to tell the story of where Live Nation is, where the industry is going, and how strategic action can bridge the gap.
